MC Serch

Host of both VH-1 reality shows "The White Rapper Show" and "Miss Rap Supreme", MC Serch emerged on the hip-hop scene as a member of  3rd Base before launching a solo career. He was the executive producer of Nas’ 1994 debut album Illmatic, one of hip-hop’s most important albums. Since retiring from performing Serch was an A&R at Wild Pitch before starting his own record and promotions company (Serchlite Music). He appeared in Spike Lee's Bamboozled (2000) as a member of the fictitious hip-hop group Mau Maus (played by other real-life hip-hop performers such as Mos Def, Charli Baltimore and Canibus).  From 2003 he hosted Serch In The AM on Detroit Urban Radio Station FM 98 WJLB. Currently he is a dj on Detroit’s Hot 102.7.
